Investment Overview:

First mortgage funding in the sum of $15,843,750 provided funds to assist with the acquisition of the security property together with finance and settlement costs. The security property is comprised of two predominantly level, adjacent vacant allotments, each with a land area of c. 2.022 Hectares. Both properties are currently rural/residential land holdings which are predominantly cleared with each having some older-style residential dwellings and ancillary improvements.
